We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment gateways listed at checkout.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely shipping. If you need to make changes, please reach out within 12 hours of placing your order. While we can’t guarantee edits, we’ll do our best to help.
🌙 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
No! Unfortunately at this time we do not send our crafted goods across the globe. We currently do not ship outside the U.S. due to customs issues causing package holds and losses. This decision was made with great care, and we hope to serve you globally in the future.
Q: What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If your order is delayed, please check your tracking info first. If it seems lost or stuck, email us at hello@shopwyldflower.com, and we’ll follow the trail.
🌿 Lost or Stolen Package Policy
At Wyldflower Wellness, we take great care in preparing and shipping your order so it arrives safely at your doorstep. Once a package leaves our hands and is marked as Delivered by the carrier, ownership of the package transfers to the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows Delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend the following steps:
Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
Look around your property, as carriers sometimes leave packages in hidden or secure locations.
Contact your local post office or carrier to report the issue and request assistance in locating your package.
If you suspect theft, please file a claim directly with the carrier and/or contact your local authorities.
We understand how frustrating this can be, and while we are unable to replace items lost after confirmed delivery, we will always do our best to help guide you through the process.
