Because our product collections are thoughtfully fulfilled by multiple centers around the US, YOUR ITEMS MAY ARRIVE IN SEPARATE PACKAGES—each traveling its own gentle path to you. We appreciate your patience as your order makes its way to your home.

  • Shipping Rates
    Calculated based on your order's weight and destination to minimize waste and carbon emissions.

  • Processing Time
    Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Estimated ship times will be shown on the product page or in your confirmation email. Shipping orders usually arrive within 7 business days.

    Shipping for Holiday Fridays 🌿
    Please note: If a holiday falls on a Friday, shipping may experience a brief delay. Our standard shipping time is 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed just before or during a holiday may ship the following business day. We appreciate your patience as we honor rest and rhythm—thank you for supporting a more intentional way of doing business.

  • Tracking
    Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account at www.shopwyldflower/account.

  • Multiple Shipments
    Items may arrive in separate packages, as we ship from various fulfillment centers around the world.

  • Delivery Time
    While exact delivery dates aren’t guaranteed, most orders arrive within a few weeks. If it’s been more than 30 days, please contact us.

  • International Shipping
    We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii or outside the U.S. at this time due to customs issues causing package holds and losses. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. This decision was made with great care, and we hope to serve you globally in the future.

  • Responsibility
    Wyldflower is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered or those shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • We do not offer express delivery to APO, FPO, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories.

LOCAL PICK-UP

Rooted in simplicity, we don’t offer local pickup since each piece is thoughtfully crafted and shipped directly from our makers to your home. As an online-only boutique, your orders are sent directly from our partners to you — minimizing waste, maximizing love. This allows us to reduce our footprint and bring you meaningful goods without the middle steps.

RETURN POLICY

🌿 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel truly aligned with every purchase. If something doesn’t quite resonate, we’re here to make it right., however keep in mind you will need to pay the return shipping costs and we will help process a refund or store credit. To be eligible for a refund, returned item(s) must arrive  in "Like New" condition, including all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means the item(s) must be free from any visible signs of wear or use. In the event of damaged or defective products, we will help in getting an exchange processed.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging (if applicable).

  1. We'll send you return instructions and a shipping address.

  2. Once your return is received and inspected and approved for return, we’ll issue your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item makes it safely back to us.
  • Custom, digital, or final sale items are not eligible for return.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by phone or email to help avoid return shipping fees. Typically orders are processed immediately.

  • If your cancellation request is received before your order is processed, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will be handled according to our 30-Day Return Policy, and return shipping fees will apply.
  • All cancellations may be subject to a processing fee deducted from your refund, as applied by Wyldflower.

Please Note:
For orders over $5,000, a 3% cancellation fee will be applied, regardless of order status. This fee covers non-refundable transaction charges imposed by credit card processors and is not retained as profit.
