Another Baja fire barrel. Deep red spines. Spines are more dense and a bit wider than Ferocactus pilosus. Solitary in growth habit to 2' tall by 2' wide. Has a gorgeous red flower when blooming. Great color for a decorative pot or planted in groups in a landscape application. Tolerates extreme heat and sun.
